A: PRNCare provides the best combination of high quality home care and personal assistance, because we hand-select our caregivers and ensure that they are deemed competent through our own arduous screening and testing process. We emphasize the Independent Living Philosophy (link to Philosophy), which focuses on the consumer’s needs in a nurturing environment, while allowing them to maintain their independence. All consumers will be as involved in the process as they wish – making their at home experience as comfortable as possible.

A: We pride ourselves on accommodating your requests faster than other agencies. The admission process with OSH can take as little as 24 hours from the initial time of contact.

A: PRNCare encourages you to be as active as you would like to be. We will provide you with a wide selection of eligible candidates, so you can decide who best fits into your environment. Or if you prefer, we can give you some recommendations. Remember too, that OSH has done a lot of screening up front before we qualify our caregivers. In addition to the OSH screening, our candidates go through challenging interviews and police/background checks. We also will verify all credentials and update documents frequently to ensure your safety and well-being. With this arrangement you will be free from all the different responsibilities involved in hiring a worker directly.

A: PRNCare will provide replacements or fill-in caregivers as needed. We will send you someone who has a similar style to what you’ve become accustomed.

A: In the case of a real MEDICAL emergency, please call 911. For all non-medical emergencies, PRNCare will develop an emergency plan for each individual consumer. Also, feel free to call us! PRNCare has both clinicians and staffers on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 862.249.1300.

A: Our focus is on independent living, a 24/7 live on-call response system, a quality caregiver screening process, and finally, services that are not invasive to your lifestyle while simultaneously following the necessary plan of care.
